General Contractor Robert Klaus, started as a young teen, apprenticing for his grandfather and father in the mason and carpentry trades throughout the shore towns of Ocean and Monmouth County. He acquired the trades of many skills while under their supervision. He also learned the highest quality of standards. This gave him the upper hand of having full knowledge in the building trade, from excavation to custom interior work.

As a contractor, we are required by the State of New Jersey to carry Liability Insurance, to cover our customers from such things as property damage to bodily injury.

We also carry Workers Compensation Insurance, which insures our employees for personal injury and protects the homeowner from litigation of the same. Our subcontractors are also required to carry both Liability and Workers Compensation insurance. We will provide a certificate of insurance for each customer as listed above prior to any contract signing.

You will be given a list of references at our first appointment. At the completion of your project, you will be asked if you would be one of our references. The majority of our work comes from referral customers.
At the age of 23, he started his first business part time while still employed by his father. After 3 years of establishing a client base he turned full time in 1990, then progressively built his company into a full service construction business.
